I am sorry for not putting very much effort into the site lately... I am swamped with learning new stuff on the job and it really eats at my free time.

I am trying to get up to speed on a lot of softwares and professional development platforms, i.e. Oracle Fusion 11g with JDeveloper (Java) and all its connected technologies... and they are many...

This has, needles to say, taken a brunt of my time and I have had many a frustrating night with it... it is good to learn though...

A new beginning... for me...

Well, it's a new year and I need to take care of my goals in life, so I have decided to specify a schedule for me to work with to get stuff done...

Its not set in stone yet, more like soon to be dry cement :) but I think I will devote my days "after work" on three things...

* Personal time. (1 day/week) (probably Sundays)
* 3D software modeling/rendering (1 night/week)
* Programming (1 day/week + extra nights)
* Exercise/fitness (3 nights/week + daily walks)

Not all of these will take a complete days/nights but I aim to be exercise for 1-2 hours on those nights and expect myself to be a bit tired afterward's so I will probably catch up with sci-fi those nights with some doodling in a subject or two whatever the subject may be.

Point is to grow in the areas I am interested in like programming (mainly iPad/iPhone) and 3D (various apps) until this summer at least.
When it comes to exercise, my hope is to shrink, not grow ;)

Hi everybody,

I am sorry for the downtime of imagine3d.org, it has been down for ISP reasons and I haven't yet gotten any info as to why it was down. I will comment further here when I know.

I will take a backup of everything today and try to do so reasonable often so that I can move to an alternate site if it happens again.

Happy Midsummer to you all, I know its a few days off from the "real thing" but here in Sweden they have moved the salubrations to the closest friday after :)

A new world...

A new way of webbing and generally computing began for me yesterday when I got my first iPad. It's very nice to use, I will definitely get me a 3G one when they are released in Sweden.

This one is an American one that I will use for development of apps and testing of various things like for example how this website looks through it's browser...

Redesigning this place is as always on my mind, but the things I want to do would take some time and probably invalidate some content, so it will have to wait I think.

Maybe there is someone out there that would consider to help out?

Anyway... Summer is here and I expect the submissions to decline as they usually do over summer, which is cool, since it's warm and sunny outside.

I would like you all to look through your Imagine box though, and hopefully find One object to upload that you have made.

And please, submit one render

Have a nice summer...

Just poppin gin and checking the site on my vacation, real slow link here so it wont be often

Currently in Chiang Mai in Northern Thailand for the upcoming traditional festival

About 25-30 degrees Celsius and quite humid, all in all nice enough compared to the, at the moment, quite rugged Sweden.
