Well here they are. I was rather obsessive/compulsive in putting the scene together so i haven't included any other objects, but they were all made by me,in Imagine, and are available upon request. They're not posted anywhere so e-mail me.Only three maps used on the knife.

    The Knife
Found in a paint can whilst trashing(known as open air market days here)behind a recently vacated house many years ago now.

    The How
I started with a Rod primative, and played around till it matched the knife on my desk.
Selected half of the shape in Faces mode and Split it in half, and filled the back using FillToEdgeLine on both halves
For the tortoise shell I used mainly FrNoise with Scratches and ABFakley
Sliced,at one time all button and rivet holes and used the parts to make the rivets, and button depressions

Copied and Pasted one half, deleted all but the outline,Deleted all textures, extruded a bit and i had the backing brass.Added Metals,Brass full sheen
Duplicated that for the other side

The Blades were Skinned from outlines i made using Axis/AddLines
Considerable tweaking went on till I was happy with the blades, done from seperate outlines by the by
    Blade texture is:

    • Diffuse, using a solid black map as Roughness reference
    • Metals(Silver for the colour)on the cutting edge, the rest of the blade is coloured with the colour picker and Specularity,
    • also I believe i used RJJIrid and Dirt
There are 3 maps on the blades; the logo, patent number, and circularwear.

ThePressButtons are a basic hires closed end cylinder, Metals chrome with RJJAcidEtch and a chrome environment map

    The Why
Tortoise shell was always a Texture Project on the back burner in my brain, and I just happened to have the knife sitting on my desk.Feel free to DL the object and save out the texture .iob as I spent about 20 hours tweaking it and would be gratified if others found it useful.
