This is the crys-knife (a bone knife carved from worm's tooth) from the Dune-books, based on the film illustrations.
The knife was first roughly modeled in the forms editor, then continued adding details in the detail editor. The modeling of the knife took less than 2 hours, texturing not a lot longer.
