As you say looks like a typo, they were created using Ver 2.1.1.

There is a second demo which shows the Impulse (about) splash screen.

Hope this helps solve the mystery.

I still have all the update releases under the CUP 3 programme sitting on a old HDD and It appears there wasn't a 2.2 ver.

Have Fun!

Hi
Running IFW2 quite happily on Windows 7 can't say I have experienced that kind of problem, the only thing I can think would cause that is if you were running the editor in OGL mode, have had similar when manipulating/moving objects.

It certainly sounds like a gfx card or driver issue..
Might be an idea to check your gfx drivers are current also try turning off hardware acceleration for your gfx card if thats an option.

hope this helps..

Lol...They may imitate but does it emulate?

Amstrad 464 was my first real experience in home computers and where I got the first taste for CG, I actually wrote my own graphic editor in Basic...anyone ever tried image editing with a Joystick!!...

Hi Folks..
My real name is John and reside in Kent, UK. Having discovered my old copy of IFW 2.0 and I-Files discs the other day whilst rooting through some storage boxes, I promptly installed and fired her up!. My how time flies as memories of "midnight renders" came flooding back.. :) I decided to Google Imagine and came across this site and promptly signed up.

I'm no stranger to the world of 3D and Animation having "cut my teeth" on the Amiga 500, 1200 & 3000 using such software as Turbo Silver, Imagine, Real3D and a plethora of others I can't remember the names of. With the demise of Commodore I naturally migrated to the PC using such software as Imagine for Windows, 3dStudio, 3DS Max (up to v6), C4D to mention a few.

looking forward to contributing to the community.
Render on!!
