To Liontamer, and/or any other code creator out there.

A pet peeve of a lot of render maniacs is the inability to start an animation rendering and not having, at least, a ballpark time of when it will finish rendering. This info is useful for a variety of reasons, and the info used to be available thru a software called RenStat from a guy who jumped to lightwave and now programs exclusively for that program. It used to work fine but haven't been able to get it working since i moved from NT4 to W2K. I have what appears to be the original zip file if anyone wants to look into the program with a view to reverse engineering it into usefulness for a modern operating system, drop me a line and I'll send it, poste haste.

peace

bobby

Grabbed some time this afternoon for a couple of tests..what happens is it initialises fine (opens up on command), but when you start your animation it remains mute...all set to zeros everywhere...guess it don't like w2k sp4 or sp2 for that matter...worked fine on NT4 sp6a...last time it worked as a matter o fact.,,,thanx fer lookin at it anyway mate.

dont give up yet..have you confirmed that it wont work on another win2k machine. If so then its win2k otherwise it may be a problem with your machines config. Its on my webspace so if anyone else can confirm.
