Which axis are you talking about, of an object, camera?

Be glad to help you but I need more information.

Hi Bill Thanks for the reply I'm trying to rotate the axis of an object say if i had a cube i want the Z axis to be pointed at a corner instead of the top panel I know i can move the axis by using caps lock. also is there a way to confine the movement of an object to it's local axis instead of the world axis to move an object in a straight line in the direction it is facing if at and angle to the world axis? hope that makes since, it seems like it should be a simple thing to do since it is so easy to do in Imagine, but i haven't figured it out..... Thanks- Dave

The only way i could find to do that is go to the model editor, select all faces and rotate them. seems like it leave original axis alone. Kind of go at it backwards but it works.

Could not find anything in manual to say how to do it
