Just curious, but, what was the "final" version for the Amiga?

I never understood where the CUP for Amiga left off. Did 6.0 ever become reality? was it ever released?

I've been playing with 5.x CUP in FS-UAE... Runnint it on my MacPro.

BTW: If anyone has tips on how to install IFW 2.0 with WineBottler, please let me know. Right now, I'm using it in VirtualBox (XP) and it renders quite well.

I doubt that 6 ever existed. I was active with Imagine3D in 1996 and 1997. Possibly even 1998 until other activities took over - and 5 was the newest version during that period.

Halvorson was interested in Lightwave and Organica at that time. He wrote a paper comparing Lightwave and Imagine3D metrics and how to convert Imagine units to real world metrics just like in Lightwave. I received the paper together with Imagine installation disks.

Unfortunately I have lost that paper.
