If I had any say in the matter I'd vote for the gray one. It's easier on the eye, and edges and stuff stand out better when it's not a white blur.

Its up to the Tai Pan members really. But, this is just a basic hull. It'll look better with darkened edges, running lights, doors, etc.

I have a work in progress with this ship in which I have broken apart the hull and started to add details...

I stopped working at it a long while back when I didnt get any info from the "makers" about the ship... the basic description leaves much to the imagineation which is probabably where I'll end up with it.

That's too bad. I'm surprised that Gene or Michael at least would have got back to you on something like that. There never was an official description beyond the original diagram and basic info in the first issue. Since the fanzine is printed in black and white, little attention was spent on eye candy. Good luck if you can pretty it up.

By the way, how do you "break it apart"?

Oh they did come back, just not with any usable info :)

Guess its up to me then :)

Breaking it up isn't that hard, its just a few planes after all.

Won-Tolla, he he that's funny :)
Actually I used a sub-atomic device which breaks the seams of any object into a clustered volume, the just select that and expand and subdived by edge ;)

Sure. I've unpacked all my material, so I'll make a few scans and send them to you.
