Starting from a simple, slab-sided design the body has evolved somewhat and now is looking a little better. The square design simply offers more internal habitable space, but is much less “SciFi” than you would see on film, more of a Mars caravan design! I kicked out the sides to ease the congestion for the seven-man crew and added a lovely bay window on one side. Water and air tanks will be added on the exterior along with EVA suit stowage. Next came some more “SciFi” windows and some snazzy spats to control the fines kicked up by the tracks, which I dislike! How to cheat in Imagine! Pose your vehicle with an actual Mars backdrop, angle it right and you have a no-effort realistic scene. But remember to set the lighting correctly to match. I thought blue would stand out on Mars and found myself with a 1950’s Mars caravan!
