Nautilus-X Extended Duration Interplanetary Explorer
A bit late to the party, but here's my "flying" machine:

This is my take on the Nautilus-X piloted space exploration concept vehicle presented by NASA's Technology Applications Assessment Team in 2011.

Thanks mate! Yeah, not quite up to the standard of NASA, hahaha. I based my model on the info I found on wikipedia here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nautilus-X

...and just added heaps and heaps of details, and hand-crafted some brushmaps and heightmaps in PaintShop to overlay. Turned out ok!
