Curiosity except Service - Rendered with Imagine3D 2.19
Here I was really just trying how to randomly distribute stones in a landscape. This resulted in this scene. The model of the rover I have loaded from the NASA server in * .STL format and laboriously worked up for Imagine ... or. I have adapted all edges again and thereby achieved in the Detail-Editor with the "Edge Filter" very good results.

As a texture, I only used Dirt.itx and ABDented.itx for the whole scene, keeping the colors only between a delicate pink and black / gray. As well as the scene dipped in a light orange by the light source.

In the background the sandstorm is made with Volumetrics "Emission" and Stepsize 0. So the volumetric properties form very clear structures ... which then looks very realistic in an animation.

The softness and depth of image I have then done with Deept of Field (DOF) and Aperture Size 3 so.

And finally I put one of my own lens flares discreetly in the scene to enhance the backlighting effect.

PS .: and how to get the Hollywood Dream effect very easy in Imagine pictures or animations, I will soon make here a small workshop.

Here you can download at NASA the model in STL format for free.
